Melissa Joan Hart came into the restaurant last night and she was so sweet, even when I made a Clarissa reference which I’m sure she’s been sick of for over a decade, she laughed genuinely and continued talking to me. I wanted to be her when I was little. And sometimes I thought I was.

When I got home I fell asleep watching the news, and I awoke in a panic at 6am, feeling as though I slept for 30 seconds. I dreamed the world was being taken over by large machines that hovered overhead and demolished everyone in sight. It was hours of nonstop fighting for my life. And now I must go through today exhausted, but proud that I kicked ass and outsmarted the machines, and allowed myself to live another day.

This is the new restaurant I work at. The concept is awesome and everything is built to LEED specifications and comes from recycled materials. We also buy renewable wind energy credits to off-set our yearly energy usage. I could go on, but why don’t you just come on by and I’ll tell you about it while you eat our delicious pizzas. :)

Yesterday a man at my restaurant ordered alcohol from a bottle that costs $125 per shot. I’m still thinking about how crazy that is. It fucking pisses me off that alcohol that expensive exists when we have millions of people who can’t even afford a loaf of bread.
